Lymphoedema Service

The delivery of the Lymphoedema Service in Blackburn with Darwen has now transferred to our partner, East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT). The staff delivering these services will remain the same, meaning that patients will still receive the same excellent care, in the same place, by the same people. 

Referrals: Referral form is available via EMIS or by email. Please can the referrer state which location, Acorn PHCC or Barbara Castle Way, is preferred by the patient.
