From the M61 motorway
The site is situated within three-quarters of a mile from Junction 8 of the M61 motorway.Leaving the motorway at Junction 8, follow the signs towards Chorley (A6) along a short dual carriageway.At the first roundabout, turn left, continuing to head towards Chorley (A6).At the second roundabout, take the second turning onto the B5252 (Euxton Lane).The service is on the right after the traffic lights (Tudor House, 18 Euxton Lane, Chorley)
Please note: At busy periods, it may be safer to continue to the end of Euxton Lane to the mini roundabout and come back up Euxton Lane and turn left before the traffic lights.
Bus Service
The service is situated across the main road from Chorley and South Ribble District General Hospital.
There are several bus services to and from the hospital which is across the road from us. Further information on bus services is available here.
Rail Service
Chorley Train Station is situated across the road from the Bus Station in Chorley. Rail information can be found here.
Patient Transport
If you have a medical need, have no other means of getting to your appointment and require patient transport, please call 01772 325 100 and select the Transport Option. You will be asked a series of questions to assess your eligibility.
Parking
There is parking at the front of the building. However, there are times when the car park gets very busy and you may have difficulty finding a space. If this happens please go to reception who will advise you where to park.
