From Friday 1 March, the delivery of three community services in Blackburn with Darwen will transfer from Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCft) to our colleagues, East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT).

The affected services are:

  1. Community diabetes
  2. Lymphoedema
  3. Complex case management

The 12 affected colleagues delivering these services will remain the same, meaning that patients will still receive the same excellent care, in the same place, by the same people. The only change they may notice will be the name of the provider.

We would like to say a huge thank you to those colleagues for their many years of service and dedication to their patients. We wish them all the very best for the future.
